Personal Reflection CompassRG

A structured way to look at what you tend toward, and what your moment appears to call for.

The compass has two passes.

Supply. Eight short scenarios about what you tend toward. In each one, you pick the response that most matches what you would actually do. Not what you should do. Not what you want to be seen doing. What, honestly, you would do.

Demand. Eight questions about the shape of your current moment. The role you are in, the horizon you are judged on, the kind of judgment your work is asking of you.

Every question has four responses drawn from the four archetypes of leadership work: originating, refining, stewarding, delivering. There is also a fifth field for your own words, if the four do not quite fit or if you want to elaborate on what you picked.

At the end, the instrument produces a short narrative that reflects the pattern of your answers back to you. It names where your natural orientation and your current moment appear to line up, and where they diverge. What you do with what you see is yours.
